Frequently asked questions

Does it work with the GPS systems I already have?

Yes. We are compatible with most manufacturers: Teltonika, Concox, Queclink, Ruptela. For complete telematics systems (Frotcom, GpsKit, iTrack, MOL Transport Manager) we provide custom integration.

How does cargo photo capture work?

The driver opens the app, taps "Add photos" on the current trip, takes pictures with their phone (before/after loading, any damage). Photos upload automatically to the server (or stored locally if no signal — synced on reconnection). They attach to the trip record, visible to dispatcher and management. Optionally available to the end customer on the tracking link — visual proof the cargo left in good order.

How long does driver training take on the mobile app?

The app is intentionally simple — a driver without technical experience learns it in 15-30 minutes. We provide video documentation and demo it ourselves with the team first time.

What happens if the driver enters an area without signal?

The app works offline. All actions (trip confirmation, photo, CMR signature) save locally and sync automatically when signal returns.

Can my customers see the tracking page with my logo?

Yes, in the PROFESSIONAL package. The public tracking page can be customized with your logo, colors and URL (subdomain on your own domain).
